Fantastic Account Management opportunity with one of Leeds’ most exciting digital businesses. This role would see you working with some of the worlds leading consumer brands ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients. Managing a portfolio of client relationships, you would act as the customer voice internally, influencing future product & proposition development. You will also seek ways to re-embed value and cross-sell and up-sell other products and services.
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious individual with fantastic relationship building skills. You’ll be confident working with senior executives within huge global businesses and capable of identifying new business opportunities within existing clients. You’ll have a strong digital background probably gained within a digital agency environment and you’ll be skilled a distilling complex digital propositions into simple, appealing narratives. Great presentation skills, the ability to manage your own workload in an organised & efficient way and knack of being able to persuade and influence others are also must haves. Applicants should have previous experience of working with large consumer brands ideally across retail, fashion, digital or FMCG sectors.
